I'm looking for a complete list of current and soon-to-be-released
action games (upcoming in the next month or so) that take advantage of
DX9 capabilities -- anyone have something like that?

If anyone would, I'm sure it'd be Microsoft. You can go their DirectX
technologies page and it'll probably have some kind of hype like that.
